Subject: DawnWatch: CNN covers ASPCA’s “Mission Orange” to end killing of adoptable animals 1/15/07
On Sunday, January 14, CNN ran a story on the ASPCA’s new campaign, “Mission Orange.”
The ASPCA describes the campaign as follows:
“In a nutshell, ASPCA Mission: Orange is a focused effort to create a country of humane communities, one community at a time. As we enter our 141st year, the ASPCA is proud to partner with target animal welfare and community organizations around the country to launch this effort, where animals receive the compassion and respect due to them as sentient beings, and where there is no more unnecessary euthanasia of adoptable animals simply because of a lack of resources or awareness.”
