Join Last Chance for Animals, Best Friends Animal Society and Adopt-A-Pet for Puppy Mill Awareness Day (PMAD)!

PMAD is held every September in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, “The Puppy Mill Capital of the East Coast.” Lancaster has more puppy mills per capita than any other county in the United States.
