The Wilderness Society: Keep Idaho Forests Wild
The Bush Administration and the state of Idaho are seeking to change the way more than seven million acres of roadless forests are managed in the gem state. The change could affect two-thirds of Idaho’s unprotected wilderness and result in an eight-fold increase in logging on roadless forests. (Same issue of Defenders of Wildlife alert above.)

Humane Society of the United States (HSUS): Watch our video to see what Canada’s sealers are desperate to hide.
This past weekend was horrific for Canada’s baby seals. The hunt began Friday morning. By today, sealers had clubbed thousands of seals — with 275,000 expected to be brutally clubbed or shot for their fur over the next few weeks. Despite Canada’s attempts to stop us, we were able to witness the hunt once again. Watch our video to see why the sealers don’t want us here — with our cameras rolling.
