For the fifth year in a row, Last Chance for Animals will be supporting Puppy Mill Awareness Day (PMAD). Make plans now to join us this September!
PMAD is held every September in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. As recently seen on Oprah, Lancaster, PA is known as the “Puppy Mill Capital of the East Coast” and has more puppy mills per capita than any other county in the US.
