Baked Chai Apples


6 cups apples, diced
1 cup water
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon cardamom


In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the water with the sugar and spices and mix well with a fork or whisk herunterladen. Place the diced apples in an 8×8″ glass baking pan and add the water; stir well, until all the apples are coated in spices.
