Here we are, officially in fall and yet my fridge is still stuffed with more tomatoes than I know what to do with ringtones herunterladen! Macaroni with “No Cook” Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons dried basil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes (those not soaked in oil), diced
1/4 cup black or Kalamata olives, sliced (optional)
4 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
one pound small macaroni shells (about 4 cups uncooked)
vegan parmesan to taste

Directions

1 affinity photo herunterladen. In a medium-sized container, combine the olive oil, garlic, basil, and sundried tomatoes. Let soak for about ten minutes.
